Purpose Statement:

That every woman know Christ personally and be committed to extending His kingdom in her life, home, church, community and throughout the world. The framework of WIC (Women in the Church, aka Women's Ministries) provides an opportunity for a woman to use her unique helper design as she discerns and exercises her spiritual gifts and abilities to the glory of God in the church's work and worship.
Harvest Women's Ministries Objectives:
  1. Teach women a biblical perspective of their relationship with Christ, family, and church. Supporting scripture: Titus 2:1-5.
  2. Encourage woman to fulfill their helper-design as they develop and use their spiritual gifts and talents. Gen 1:27, Gen 2:20-25.
  3. Help women examine implications of the covenant in their relationships. Supporting scripture: Entire Bible.
  4. To train women to cultivate community by obeying the "Titus 2 mandate" to nurture one another for God’s glory. Supporting scripture: Titus 2:1-5.
  5. To train women to be channels of compassion by obeying the Micah mandate. Supporting scripture: Micah 6:8
  6. To equip women for leadership roles in the women’s ministries of the church.
