Concert FAQ's
-When is the concert?
Sat, May 10th at 7:00 p.m. DOORS OPEN AT 6 PM
-Where is the concert?
Medina Performing Arts Center (PAC)
-Where is the PAC ?
Medina High School, 777 East Union Street
Between East Union Street and Woodland Drive, and beside the Rec
Center
-When do the doors open?
6:00 pm
-What is the cost of the tickets?
$20.00/ea for all seats.
-How do I purchase tickets?
At Harvest Church, Tuesdays through Fridays, 9:30 am – 3:00
pm (1095 East Reagan Pkwy. Medina) by CASH or CHECK only. PLEASE
CALL AHEAD as a limited number of tickets are available. (330-723-0770)
-Who
do I make the check out to?
Harvest Presbyterian Church / concert tickets
-How
do I get my tickets?
EVERYONE will Pick-up seat #’s at the “WILL CALL”
office in the PAC by last name. There are NO physical tickets for
the concert. If you ordered on-line, you have
a receipt from Pay Pal. If you
order in person at the church you will receive a receipt.
-Are children permitted?
Yes, but this is a professional performance, and concert behavior
is necessary for the enjoyment of all patrons. Children must have
their own seat.
-Why do children pay the same as adults?
The cost was kept low for all seats in the house
-Are there handicapped accessible seats?
Yes. There are 40 seats available and family & friends can sit
with them. These seats must be purchased from the office during
office hours or by calling the church at 330-723-0770.
-Is photography allowed?
Not during the concert. No recordings or video can be made for any
reason. Anyone who violates this will be subject to being asked
to leave. No refunds will be given.
-Will
there be CD’s available for sale?
Yes. Payment via Cash or Credit Card.
-How long will the performance last?
It should last between 90min to 120 min. (1½ to 2 hours)
-Who will perform first?
We do not yet know the arrangements of the concert. Fernando Ortega
& Sara Groves are working out the details of the time we will
be spending with them. If you have not yet spent an evening with
either of them…. Don’t worry. Just come and enjoy a
time of encouragement!
